Day 1 : Fes – Cedar Forest – Ifrane – Ziz Valley – Sahara Desert
After breakfast, we start our desert tour from Fes to Sahara Desert.We’ll be spending the better part of the day making our way through picturesque forests, mountains, and Berber communities as we make our way over the Middle Atlas Mountains. We’ll stop in Ifrane, also known as the “Switzerland of Morocco,” before continuing on mountain roads with views of the gushing Oued Ziz and on to Erg Chebbi via a variety of kasbahs and palm groves. We’ll begin our camel ride to the desert camp as soon as you arrive, stopping in the middle of the golden sand dunes so you can take in the breathtaking sunset before continuing on to the camp where you’ll spend the night. After dinner, we’ll sit around the fire and play some traditional music on the drums while gazing at the stars.
Day 2 : Sahara Desert – Middle Atlas – Fes
After catching the sunrise, we will go on with the next leg of our private desert tour in the Fes region. Following breakfast at the camp, you will make your way back to Fez, making stops in Erfoud, Midelt, and Middle Atlas along the way.
